You know the drill.

Do me a favor and ask for five things. My fandoms are: Star Wars, Hornblower, RPF for Paul McGann and/or other Hornblower actors, Supernatural, West Wing, Venture Brothers, Boondock Saints and really, anything that you might desire to see done in a halfassed way. If anybody wants it, I'll even write Battlestar Galactica, Nip/Tuck, and Harry Potter.

Be greedy and ask for lots. I'm in a rut these days, and writing these short little things will help me pare down my blather tendencies. :D

It's this bit:
You post a topic, list, category, whatever, in my comments section. (examples: "Five Phrases Batman Will Never Say", or "Five Jobs House Wishes He Had" or "Five Things Dean Will Never, Ever Tell Sam"). Then, in a separate post, I'll post the answers to your Top 5 ideas, according to me. Serious or fun!
1. What it feels like to die.

2. What it feels like to be afraid. Qui-Gon did not have to address this element of his training until he was nine years old, and he did not have very many experiences of it afterwards. Nevertheless, he was a boy against five bodyguards for a Hutt. His heart beat rapidly; sweat formed on the back of his neck. He knew that the wall was three paces behind him, so his superior agility was of limited use in these close quarters.

3. The first time he was afraid for another being. Unsurprisingly, it was Dooku. He was fourteen; they were on Corsucant, and Dooku had just been shouted down by the Council, and there was a wild look in his eyes.

He never discussed this memory with Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan was always too polite to explicitly discuss how badly Qui-Gon's own conduct before the Council had frightened him.

4. When Obi-Wan confronted him as they were about to leave for Naboo.

5. What it felt like to die.
