Cutest, most rage-filled bunny ever.

From here. Think of this as my version of the "Cast Xanatos as your favorite dark-haired superhottie!" contest. Except, you know. I have serious problems with putting actor faces on characters that don't canonically have actors, so omg, with little light-brown bunnies omg.

Also, this fic is the best thing ever even if it does use asterisks and ellipses andflkjgdf. I am a diehard, shrieking Q/O fan for a number of reasons, not the least of which is Diane Coffin's vision of the two of them -- her vision of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan is what I think of when I think of them in the cute, cuddly frame. I mean, I don't think she's ever written out-and-out Q & O where our heroes do the hot bunnyhump, but do we need it?

Her stuff is so much more emotionally satisfying as it is. I love her Q/O. She knows how to write devotion; she knows how to write young people, she knows how to write people who are physically familiar with each other even though they're not having sex, and this fic has, you know. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan arguing about the Force in a substantive way that supposedly happens all the time, but very rarely ever gets played out in convincing fashion. It is amazing and wonderful and <3.

God, I love Diane Coffin's SW fic. I found an HP fic from her from '04, but does anybody know whether she's still in fandom?

I've always personally thought that Qui-Gon was a big gray horse, though. Possibly one of the drafting breeds or whatever, and lkgjd;f *has the most awful and wrong images of interspecies intercourse in her head now*

Even if Qui-Gon was a bunny, he would be brownish gray, with big white fluffy paws and a very regal-but-bushy-looking tail. Xanatos would be a very sly-looking black rabbit, of course. And omfg we are thinking about this entirely too much. BUT!

fdgjdfojigdf. OMG. Xanatos would so totally have the black ring around one eye that's ever-so-slightly broken up by a little white. And he would, of course, be a very calm and self-possessed rabbit. None of Obi-Wan's bits about standing up or sitting in people's laps and posing for him.

<3 It makes sense that Qui-Gon is actually a wild rabbit. <3 With those long ears and that slightly awkward posture?

Ahahaha, Dooku!bunny even LOOKS aristocratic! And you're right, Qui-Gon's always been somewhat of a noble-looking rebel, so his being wild and kind of loping should be taken into account.

Must wonder if that's where this icon that I found came from (the picture) which has a bunny with this text: "I don't know, but in the meantime here's a bunny with a pancake on its head" or words to that effect! LOL!
