Sometimes, when I haven't read the books for a while, I say to myself, "Well, you know, maybe I'm reading too much into it. Maybe they're just really good friends. I know that I love my close friends an awful lot."
And then I go back and open up just about any of the books. And realize that I can barely make out the words between the rainbow flags, rainbow uniforms, etc.
