Like you're talking about with Kinsey, Ducard is perfect for exploring certain aspects of Qui-Gon that are hard to pin down otherwise. I so badly wanted to throw Obi-Wan in there and see what would happen. It's like, that's how Qui-Gon could be/have been, if certain things happened differently.
