See, movieverse for me is -- okay. It's not easy. But it feels really natural; the acting and presence are really useful for me, because the boys have such incredibly strong voices that I feel like I'd have to work really hard to go out of character.
And I'm always blown away by people who can write Horatio. He lurks around the edges of my stuff, sulking.
Okay, it's not QUITE that bad. I hope.
But I'm always thrilled by people who can write him in a way that makes me feel affection and sympathy for him, because in general, I can SEE all the reasons that make him a compelling, brilliantly drawn, fascinating character that one would very much want to like -- both in bookverse and in Ioan's portrayal -- and I wish somebody would shoot him.
Which is how I ended up as Archie Kennedy's Bitch and Major My Lord Slutbunny's personal secretary, I suppose :)
