Good: Lots of obsessive fanboy information about CS Forester, including the fact that he apparently only spoke Arabic when he first arrived in England since he spent his wee childhood in Egypt (!) Also, that Forester wrote HH getting sick with typhus while Forester himself was wrestling with arteriosclerosis (!!). And the suggestion that Forester came up with Barbara is a female stand-in for Arthur Wellesley (!!!)

Bonus: the cover is of Ioan Gruffudd in rouge and sodomy Hornblower getup.
Double Bonus: on his academic credentials, the guy actually lists the fact that he was a moderator on the A&E boards. Apparently, he specializes in British pop fiction of the 1900s.
