Although I think at least 25% of Bridges pulling Obadiah off has to be to the brilliant wardrobe and whatever-department-told-him-to-shave-his-head-and-grow-a-beard. It's kind of mind-bending seeing him with a (very) full head of hair and no beard now. And hearing his voice, which is good bit higher normally than in the movie.
Also, not wearing a fly-as-fuck velvet tuxedo with a PA who chases after him holding the white scarf that goes with it.
Can you tell it's Friday morning, and I'm using any excuse to think about Iron Man?
