AAHAHAH AND I'LL SUCK YOUR COCK." And Octavian not being able to stand up to Antony, physically, but clocking him and getting into a fight with him nonetheless. And how heterogenous and international Roman society was.

Can you tell there is very little about this show that does not delight me?

I'm so glad that they went the more historically accurate route with her. Sexy by sheer force of will and presence, man. And I'm glad they at least gave face to how, in history, Caesarion was the spitting image of Caesar.

Antony is a high holy priest of the skank brigade, and IT IS SO GREAT. SO GREAT. Who the fuck cares that they're using Atia in place of Fulvia? Who the fuck gives a damn that Octavian isn't in Rome at the time of the assassination? It was WORTH IT alone just to see Antony beating the snot out of Octavian and Octavian throwing shit at Antony like a girl. XD

Also, I love that Atia was planning to have Servilia murdered after the party. This is a family of TRUE SKANKY LOVE.

It's pretty much awesome. I love how the biggest aphrodisiac for these Roman men is power And how the gravest insult that a Roman has about a woman is that she's "thin as a stick." It's how Pullo was talking about what might've happened with Niobe, and it's how Antony describes Cleopatra when he's trying ot get Atia off her traaaaill.

Somehow, I have the feeling that the boy offering to suck cock is NOT entirely throwaway. Maybe I just don't want it to be. XD
