Bush does have that loyalty and goodness thing down pat, doesn't he? But I stuck him in Gryffindor because of that one Sorting Hat song -- the bit about how Hufflepuff treats everybody equally, which strikes me as a profoundly un-Bushian thing to do. Part of it, I guess, is a product of the times; I may be putting too much stock in that one bit in LtH where he's thinking about how it's natural for men to be pressed and for some people's lives to suck.
