Extraordinary Progress
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Luck is on her side.

WHICH IS TO SAY, HOLY SHIT I WROTE A FIC AND LIKED IT ENOUGH TO POST IT. It's been about 16 months since I've written fic that ended up getting posted in some way, which is probably the longest drought of my entire adult life since I was, like, 13 and discovered the Internet through dial-up. When I finished This Is A Happy Ending in 2017, I was pretty convinced it would be the last fic I'd ever, ever write. And in the past 16 months or so, I haven't really even felt moved to write fic.
And of course, it's me writing a pretentious numbered grimdark AU murder fic about a lovely, heartfelt, charming movie pitched at kids that I absolutely and completely adored for what it was.
But we all know how I love alternate universes. And cruelty. And people doing terrible things to get their loved ones back.
